Toilets – There are toilets in the Civic Hall and one to the north of the site in the permanent toilet block.
Wheelchair access - There is wheelchair access to the whole site via the hard core pathways. There are two ramps providing wheelchair access to and from Hall B. All the other marquees are on ground level and therefore accommodate wheelchair access.
Parking –Car park spaces for disabled (in addition to those already existing in the Town Centre, have been reserved and are clearly marked in Court Street car park which is in close proximity to the park.
Is available in the St John Ambulance treatment tent. There will also be an ambulance on site.
The information point will be located in the Show office (portacabin) located in front of the Civic Hall. There will be Show crew on hand to help at all times.
Should be taken/reported to the Show office (portacabin) outside the Civic Hall where the incident will be recorded and appropriate action taken by the Show Crew/security staff on duty.
Lost children should be reported to the lost children’s point in the Civic Hall. This will be manned by Trowbridge Town Council staff and will be managed by Show Security. During the evening entertainment sessions, on the Thursday and Friday, lost children should be reported to Security located in the Show office in front of the Civic Hall.
A dedicated park & ride service will run throughout the three days of the Show, courtesy of Chandlers Coach Travel. The service will run from the former Bowyers car park that adjoins the Trowbridge Railway Station Eastern Forecourt car park and will be clearly signed.
Regular free buses will drop off and pick up from Tesco – just a short walk over the footbridge from the Showground. There will be no visitor parking available near the Showground, so the public are strongly advised to use the park and ride service.
There will be a parking charge of £1.00 per car (unlimited parking). The proceeds from the charge will go towards the costs of running the Show. The ride to and from the Showground is free of charge.
There will be temporary toilets located on the main Show ground (see site map for locations). In addition there are also toilets in the Civic Hall and in the permanent toilet block to the north of the site.
