Why attend the Show?
The West Wilts Show first took place in 1989 and is a unique bi-annual event. It has grown into the biggest free-entry business and community event in the region. Its strength is its variety – there really is something for everyone. It offers a wonderful day out for the whole family and its success is demonstrated by the fact that on average around 80,000 visitors and 400 exhibitors attend over the three days. At the next Show, in addition to the exhibition areas, there will be a variety of features, plenty of children’s activities, live music and entertainment.
The Show has something to offer all types of businesses - both commercial and not for profit. It provides an ideal sales platform and an opportunity to share information and raise your profile. We received some extremely positive feedback from organisations (sponsors and exhibitors) that attended the 2007 Show. We have already started taking bookings for the next Show in July 2009. We are also delighted to announce that we have a record number of sponsors on board for 2009 so well in advance of the Show.

Sponsorship Packages
There are a variety of sponsorship packages on offer and these can be tailored to meet the needs of your company to ensure you receive maximum benefit. Our list is not exhaustive and we would welcome any suggestions about how we can work with you.
General sponsorship package
Your company name/logo will appear:
- On official Show literature.
- In all relevant promotional publicity during the run up to the Show.
- In the Show DVD.
- In the Show programme. (12,000 programmes will be produced and distributed before and during the Show).
- On the Show website with a free link.
In addition your company will benefit from:
- Announcements over the public address system during the Show where appropriate.
- Invites to the Show launch and preview events, where your support will be acknowledged.
- Discounted exhibition stand space (max size 9 sq.m.).
- Shared use of the hospitality marquee over the three days of the Show.
Cost: £1,000 or £500 cash plus sponsorship in kind to the value of £500.
In addition, there is a selection of specific sponsorship packages to choose from.
All these include the benefits listed in the general sponsorship package.
